Alliance Day for New Trainees
PKTSA are delighted to be welcoming the 2019-20 cohort of ITT Trainees to the first of five days training in Alliance schools.
The training will focus on the fundamental skills a modern day teacher requires to ensure pupils progress.
The five days will be tied together with cross phase support and experience from outstanding facilitators and peer support groups.
The first session will focus on lesson planning and behaviour for learning and trainees will engage in learning walks and share their observations and own experiences.
