Alliance Day for new ITT cohort
Futures Teaching Alliance are delighted to be welcoming the 2021-22 cohort of ITT Trainees to the first face to face training day of the year.
The training will focus on the fundamental skills a modern day teacher requires to ensure pupils progress.
The first session focuses on assessment at whole school level and more specifically in subject areas.
Trainees will take part in learning walks to see how this works in lessons, question and answer sessions with pupils and then time for refection and planning the strategies the trainees themselves will use in lessons as soon as they return to their schools.
